Well having two touch judges (Assistant Refs) and a on field ref still doesn’t seam to keep the players on side at the break down.

How would you work this,,

A forwards ref, with a backs ref..

A ref on the left and side, and another on the right.

There is no doubt a problem in rugby when  a 36 to 45 year old ref cant keep up with game when it’s at full throttle. So I suspect if you have two refs and two touch judges who cant keep up, things wont change.

Ref do tend to whistle with the home crowd, so maybe two refs can balance this up. Or maybe not !

Seam to work in the NRL..So Jonny ONeill wants it, then most likely will get it.

Rugby kicking off soon…who would believe it…
